Through insight-driven messaging, we uncovered a key opportunity - people weren’t just after relaxation, they were craving something that felt indulgent, elevated, and a little bit special. The creative brought this sentiment to life through elegant, emotive language and beautiful visual storytelling. We captured the feeling of a Spa visit - calming, rejuvenating, and a touch decadence.

This campaign wasn’t about selling spa treatments (although this is a bonus), it was about creating desire. By showing a new side of Hanmer Springs, we are helping to build awareness, shift perceptions, and give people another reason to escape to one of New Zealand’s most iconic destinations. Who wouldn’t want to do that?
